Eric Clapton anuncia el álbum “Crossroads Guitar Festival 2023”
Incluirá 4 CD’s y 2 Blu-Ray
Un nuevo set de cuatro CD y dos Blu-Ray que documenta el Festival de Guitarra Crossroads 2023 de Eric Clapton llegará el 1 de noviembre. 29.
La séptima edición del festival se llevó a cabo el sept. 23 y 24 a las entradas agotadas Crypto.com Arena en Los Ángeles e incluyó actuaciones de Joe Bonamassa, Sheryl Crow, H. E. R., Los Lobos, John Mayer, Santana y otros. El evento de 2023 marcó la primera vez que se llevó a cabo en cuatro años.
Las ganancias de los espectáculos beneficiaron al Crossroads Centre Antigua, una instalación de tratamiento y educación para personas químicamente dependientes fundada por Clapton en 1998.
El próximo álbum en vivo y película “Eric Clapton’s Crossroads Guitar Festival 2023”, además de la versión de cuatro CD/dos Blu-Ray, estará disponible en seis LP de vinilo, dos DVD y ediciones digitales.

Más de 50 temas se reparten en los cuatro discos, Eric Clapton invitó a artistas en todas partes, incluidos Del McCoury Band y Bradley Walker, además de colaborar con Roger McGuinn y The Wallflowers en ‘Eight Miles High’ de The Byrds y Stephen Stills y the Wallflowers en ‘Bluebird’ de Buffalo Springfield.
Clapton también tiene turnos en solitario al final del festival, tocando versiones de ‘It Makes No Difference’ de la banda y ‘Shot the Sheriff’ de Bob Marley, luego el y Stevie Wonder se unen para el final de ‘Crossroads.’
